I have been going through this forum looking at old posts and seeing some old faces. It got me thinking.....

I know most people don't want to agree with me but you all know it is true...you are the only one that can do this. It is great to have support from people but no matter how much someone supports you, if you are not 100% on board (which takes an enormous amount of strength) it will never work.

I have yo-yoed so many times and each time I succeed is because I am fully on board. Every other time I wanted to be on board but ultimately was just not ready to put my all into it.

I agree. The help and support is important... but totally useless if WE don't do the WORK and make the COMMITMENT necessary for success. I have a signature line on another message board. It goes like this...

"To be successful you must not try, you must succeed."

I also like the one, "If it is to be, it is up to me."
