I have been going through this forum looking at old posts and seeing some old faces. It got me thinking.....

I know most people don't want to agree with me but you all know it is true...you are the only one that can do this. It is great to have support from people but no matter how much someone supports you, if you are not 100% on board (which takes an enormous amount of strength) it will never work.

I have yo-yoed so many times and each time I succeed is because I am fully on board. Every other time I wanted to be on board but ultimately was just not ready to put my all into it.
