A lot of us started in the new year and it is slowing down...anyone want to chime in with how you are doing?
I will start, I need a kick in the fat pants. It has been 9 weeks and going really well, for the most part, but I am losing my focus. I ate a bagel yesterday and a tortilla. A hamburger bun here and there. How about some Easter candy thrown in for good measure? I am wearing a smaller size pant and they got loose, so I feel thin...which is a total joke. I still have 85 pounds to go! I am not exercising either, I know that would help me "be in my body". So, 26 lbs down, 85 to go...Tell me to GET REAL! ![]() |
