i cant find maple extract any where is there an alternative?also our splenda in england is in a box not sachets so can anyone convert 1 sachet to teaspoons heaped or not as its too low in weight on scales to measure.when you make flaxseed muffins is it actually made with the seeds or liquid ? thanks sorry about the barrage of questions
