looking back through my diaries its been 7 years i have been doing atkins on and off from my original weight 407lb i am 3oz short of 12st 7lbs so this diet works, as do support sites like this thanks everyone for all your help

May I ask what you ate in a typical day during your big weght loss phase and what you eat now, as you maintain?
