Default Induction for a year?
I have the book and do not remember if this is anywhere there so I wanted to ask.

Can you stay on induction for months? A year? Are their any health risks for staying with such a low amount of carbs? I seem to do best when basically having none at all.

Thanks!

I remember the version I read saying that studies have shown that staying on it for up to 6 months doesn't have any adverse effects.
Anyone else wanna weigh in?

I agree, six months is what Dr Atkins said you could do safely on Induction.
But, donjin, you're exaggerating when you say no carbs at all right? Be sure you get at least 18 carbs per day. It's dangerous to stay below that for any length of time.
