yeah i'm not giving up...in fact i've noticed a spurt in the weight i've lost. like over the last couple weeks i seem to have lost quite a bit. i just feel lighter.
easter was trying just as thanksgiving, my birthday, christmas, ect... but they are all behind me now. no worries till halloween ![]() man i realy need to get a scale this is starting to bug me. for everyone else who does have a scale is there certian weeks that your body just looses more weight than average for some reason? like are there cycles of dips and plateaus? assuming of course that you stay with your same plan and nothing changes, does anyone else get spurts of better than average weightloss or am i just imagining things? |
