I began and in 4 times lost 9lbs - then your week-end came and binged awfully unnecessary to say I've received back 6lbs and am getting my energy up again to begin "again" I understand it's only 6 months but actually how will you do it VLC? Can there be anything you tell yourself to help keep going and not allow weekends/social circumstances destroy you??? I want to understand what I will do to perhaps not surrender to the temptations and get my a-- in equipment and allow it to set me back to date. Thanks for just about any support
