Hello everybody else. I just lost 4.5lbs and have am on R2/P2/D9. That's typical for me personally though, I dropped gradually last round as well, just dropping 14lbs in 40 days. I actually only have 12-14 more to move, so I'm certain it will come off slower now. Therefore anyway...food. Except that I'm wanting crispy meals something fierce I've not a problem eating on process. I'm gluten free anyway, so I'm not necessarily having carbohydrate withdrawl in terms of I will tell. It's perhaps not crackers/cereal/bread an such like that I'm absent, but such things as walnuts, popcorn, and grain chips. I've attempted subbing vegetables (cukes/celery) but it's not reducing it. Ice chips were even tryed by me! Again, it's not because I'm starving, it's only a yearning and it can't be got by me out of my mind. That didn't occur on Round 1, so why it's occurring now.. I am not sure. Ideas? Recommendations? thanks, Kristin
