It's only small actually and not like having a candy bar or such a thing like that when I say not completely rigid! Case. Breakfast: Ham 2 egg omelette Lunch: Homemade soup created using minced meat mince, tomatoes, shalots, shrooms and seasoning. Red pepper was Roasted by dinner: with feta cheese and a great yogurt drop. PLENTY of water incidentally. By my checking this very day is way below 20g carbohydrates even though I'm having some such things as the drop and the shalots that aren't on the induction record. Nevertheless, I'm still in ketosis. Anybody visit a problem with this?? Regards,
