The cause behind this weight gain is the use of more fast foods, junk foods, and soda drinks etc.
People eat more fast foods and keep away from the exercises and physical activities so their weight gain very rapidly.
They need to take some raw and nutritional diet plan and do some regular exercise for their weight control.
