I often walk/run, swimming and work-out, but its dull and repetitive occasionally, therefore I tagged along to a post dance school with my cousin and unearthed that it's the best in exercise; fat loss, a good human anatomy toner, advantageous to freedom and lots of fun. Therefore, what would you do to remain healthier?
