I've that same issue also. It's very hard to continue the dietary plan when pmsing since I wasn't felt very good when I deprive myself of the foods by me want to consume. Throughout PMS I desire for candies, french fries, french fries, and corny pizza and my diet is sabotaged by it. And I also feel sluggish throughout the time and exercise less or occasionally omit it. I've to drive myself a great deal to remain active and it creates me therefore tired and bored. Any recommendations that will help is highly valued. I'm sure a lot of us girls feel in this way as well. What would you do cope with the urges?
