is fucking exausting! And its not only the work-out, its getting down that much food! 6:30 am - 4 scoops N.O.-Xplode 7:00 am - Work-out 8:00 am - Cellmass (one deal, 8 ounces of water. IMMEDIATELY AFTER WORKOUT!) 8:15/30 - 6 eggs (2 yolk, 4 whites), apple, 1/2 cup Oats, 1 cup Milk, AnimalPak 11:00am - Protein Shake (two scoops BSN Lean Dessert with 10 ounces of water.) ALSO Released chicken to dethaw for lunch. 1:00pm - 8 ounces chicken, 1 cup green vegetable ( Usually Broccoli for me personally), 1 cup of White grain. 3:00pm - Protein Shake (two scoops BSN Lean Dessert with 10 ounces of water.) Released chicken for lunch. 5:00pm - Cellmass (one information, 8 ounces of water.) 6:00pm - 8 ounces chicken white meat, 1 cup green vegetable, 1 cup brown rice. *Also, I'm drinking AT THE VERY LEAST a quart of water each day. Plenty of pee breaks.*
