I'm thinking the HCG maintains the desires and hunger at bay, while at the same time frame your body is got by you to get into ketosis with low carbohydrates and large protein. Also consuming little to no fat indicates your body will choose fat loss will be quickened by fat reserves, which. And somehow the HCG resets the hyperthalumus? in your mind to simply accept the low fat and not need to return to your initial set point? I've done some reading, but nothing which in fact identify an entire what's going on.
