Hi, I'm 17 years of age and I'm trying weight to be lost by HydroxyCut. I'm fairly quick (5'4) and I weigh 150 lbs. I intend on every day dropping about 15 pounds, just how much calories must I burn up? I'm also seeing what I eat, perhaps not eating previous meal, etc. Today was my first time on HydroxyCut, a decrease wasn'ticed by me in appetite, however I don't eat greatly. My difficulty is though, I'm lazy, actually lazy. I also get bored quickly. I've a treadmill, I went on that for a little (just burned 100 calories) and determined I was bored, so I got down. ANY guidance is welcome, thanks all.
