Hello all, I simply found a deal of additional company tofu at the grocers. It says there's 1 carb (significantly less than 1 net carb), per helping, which is really a 1' piece (part is 1' by 4', therefore a great size). It looks too great to be correct -- the entire deal being significantly less than 4 net grams and it tastes delicious. I melted it in essential olive oil and some sausage and place it with my salad. Interested if some of you utilize tofu and, if therefore, what's been your experience regarding it influencing ketosis/weight reduction? Thanks! 8)
