I have been on atkins since 08/31. Pounds were lost about 10 by me the very first week. now each time i move on the size it says I have received a pound and i've perhaps not lost such a thing for days. i do high intensity exercise nearly daily, i've perhaps not robbed to date and i consume at the very least 60 ounce of water daily. am i doing something amiss? I have had ketosis breathing since day 3, currently is day 12 and i realized that it's not nearly as commonplace as it was previously. am i sliding out of ketosis?
