Are you looking to simply free fat or are you looking to construct muscle also? If weight reduction is you simply goal then stay with mainly cardio kind work-outs. Biking, running/jogging, swimming, activities including baseball, football, leaping string, walking an such like. In whatever you do begin with small targets and as you reach them increase them appropriately
