Ok, and so I have done five models of hcg, that has taken me from 213 to 128!! It's been incredible, I understand loads about it. But began today and I'm confused concerning the Leptin re-set. I ate around I can of the large break fast, got in about 40 grams of protein before feeling like I would provide! All eggs and home-made poultry chicken, with some cheese. (I don't have so I may have milk, right?) I'm so confused 30 more pounds to get rid of. I still wish to eat all my regular P3 such things as cheesecake treats and walnuts. Am I right in convinced that because I don't need to get rid of more, I could still have those activities? Is it that easily *do* ask them to, it's to be with a dinner rather than as a treat? I hope so, normally unsure I might like to do this. Therefore any help you are able to give me will be good. For occasion, visited have tuna for a light meal with a few lettuce and recognized I"m unsure I will use mayo on this??? Can there be an approved listing of things anywhere? I appeared on all posts, found a few but just had BAB ideas and very FEW selection ideas on them!!! I want such as a large comprehensive listing of that which you can and can't consume for it to work for me! I believe that is just why I often did so well on P2~!!! Anyway, I'm wanting some one might help me. May I eat whatever I often could eat on the P3, however it is simply limited to meal times? Also, are you able to just drink water and simple tea between foods, but have coffee with creamer at each meal? I believe I'm knowing right, although not certain! Thank you, thank you! I actually do not need to mess up the initial day!!! Andrea
