My buddy in law (sister's husband) made 30 this season. He's probably at the very least 150 to 200 pounds over-weight. He consumes unbelievably. He works extended hours, has a demanding work, and seldom does take time off or gets exercise of any sort. He'd a lap-band place in about 4 years before, dropped some originally, but acquired everything straight back since he never changed his lifestyle. He's a brief history of cardiovascular disease in his family.... He'd a coronary attack today.
