Properly after 2 days of gorging yesterday evening around 7:00 p.m. I felt truly ill to my stomach with acid and heartburn, I felt nauseated and put up every thing I'd left in my own stomach. I felt like I was using up with a fever for whatever reason although I'd no fever, I only felt sick and hot to my belly. I forced myself to consume as much water and eventually fell asleep on an stomach, woke up today on DAY 3 having an empty stomach. Considered myself and I consider the identical weight as before my 2 gorging times so I didn't gain any weight despite the fact that I ate greater than a sumo wrestler. I drank 1 glass of Green tea extract for breakfast. Ate 100grams boneless organic Chicken on the number of organic salad vegetables (little salad), I employed Kirkland Organic Seasoning that's 21 Organic Spices inside it present in Costco which can be exceptional incidentally (Recommended for flavoring up chicken/fish etc.) Packed a natural orange on the salad with only a little apple cider vinegar and had 1 Organic Gala oranges present in packages at Costo aswell with nutmeg on it. Really Satisfying so far as flavor but all of this wasn't enough to feel complete really. Which was meal, although I don't feel happy and still eager I suppose this is a move for a couple of days of having used to smaller levels of food without any breakfast, perhaps the HCG is in the means of instead of using my gorging meals for gas it's now changing over to your body fat to use for power instead. Maybe for this reason you can find several days of starvation estimated following the days that'll disappear when it kicks in-the fat loss style and my body gets used to it. Only a guess! I do feel hungry but I'll not at all stop or surrender to breaking the process. I've plumped for to cut out melba toast but considering placing that in following a couple of days if I can't manage it perhaps if I get too eager. lol p.s. Am I designed to exchange some thing for that melba toast fat smart if I choose to not need the melba toast? Also am I permitted 1 apple a day o-r 2 oranges a day? 1 apple per dinner? I had been just a little confused on the instructions on this? 2 oranges o-r 1? And what do I exchange the melba toast with if such a thing? Thanks everybody else, I thought I'd continue to provide reports on how I'm doing for others of you available thinking and on the process. I'll tell you how I'm doing on fat in-a few days hopefully I've been down a pounds and the starvation hopefully disappears. For all of the very long time HCG people out there, are there any guidelines you've for me today? Can I get the calcium sachets with water as Keven Tru indicates in his book o-r do you consider this may decelerate the weight reduction? I'm likely to consume the teas he suggests however. Organic: Wu Long Tea Yerba Partner Tea Lavender Tea Green Tea Extract Perhaps put in a small stevia together. What's the restriction on Stevia that may be used daily if any? It's good to own a community I will turn to for support.-) Thanks everybody else! Kristen
