Pagan - I had read your walk-through a while ago and LOVE the concept of shutting and locking the door. It's not bulletproof for me so far, but it really helps.

Night - In the same way you have to slowly approach a meditative state, you should also really slowly bring yourself back. I had a huge problem with this at first, as I would get so excited that when I was done I would just stop. But we are talking about different vibration levels and different levels of consciousness. It's like sleep. It's not good for you to be ripped from REM or Delta sleep directly back to consciousness. You go in and out between Alpha and the deeper levels several times a night. When you do a reading, consider yourself in a deeper level of consciousness, and remember to slowly bring yourself back.
