Default Hot flashes
Is it normal to have hot flashes when attempting to have an OBE?

This morning while raising energy I started to get a very annoying warm sensation all over my body that made it impossible for me to concentrate on getting out. This is also not the first time that I get hot flashes while raising energy, so I would be interested to know what might be the reason behind it.
I also tend to have problems with my jaw when obeing, as it feels like someone is pulling it sometimes...

Any help or ideas would be appreciated!

Heating up is a commonly reported energy work sensation. It lessens as the practitioner becomes more developed. I'm assuming, of course, that you don't have a fever, it's not related to emotion and you're not menopausal.

The jaw is a place where many people store tension. The pulling sensation may be a result of residual tension or energy blockage.

Beekeeper: No, I don't have a fever nor should it be related to any emotions or menopausal, since Im too young for that.
Wish I could find more information about this on google, but it's not really helping at the moment.
A month ago I got horrible feverish cold childs when about to go to sleep, which also lasted for about a week happening every night.
I thought it was maybe related to hormones, but now Im not so sure anymore...

The jaw is a place where many people store tension. The pulling sensation may be a result of residual tension or energy blockage. Well that explains it! Hopefully it will start getting better soon, since I've had it for such a long time.

hi
A hot flash (is a feeling of warmth that spreads over the body that begins, and is most strongly felt, in the head and neck regions. Hot flashes are a common symptom experienced by women prior to, and during the early stages of the menopausal transition. However, not all women approaching the menopause will develop hot flashes.
