If you don't get your news from mainstream news, where do you get it? Online blogs? If that's the case, you have to be SO careful where you go. There are good outlets out there. But bad information on the Internet far out-weighs accurate information. It's scary.

Embarrassing confession: nowhere.

I'll flip through Time or The Economist at the library, maybe check CNN's online headlines daily, but other than, I've all but checked out completely. This coming from someone who used to get up early on Sundays just to watch Meet the Press. (Maybe by becoming willfully ignorant I'm finally embracing my legacy as an American. )

None of it makes sense to me anymore. All I see is constant fighting and no solutions, and I don't have the patience to invest emotions behind any of these issues.
