Judge Who Ruled Health Care Unconstitutional Owns GOP Consulting Firm That Advocated Against Health Care
The presiding judge in the case, Henry E. Hudson, owns a part of a Republican strategy firm that not only advocated against healthcare reform, but was paid by Virginia’s attorney general, Ken Cuccinelli, aka the man who filed the suit against the healthcare law in the first place It looks like the fix was in. This judge should have done no less than recused himself. |

It's outside the Constitution to make someone buy a commodity. The ICC is abused. The Massachusetts health care insurance reform law, enacted in 2006, mandates that nearly every resident of Massachusetts obtain a state-government-regulated minimum level of healthcare insurance coverage http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massach...th_care_reform A bill very similar to Obama's health care reform was used by Bob Dole to push back against Clinton's Health Care reform. Your comments are very partisan Trinnity..... Cant accept a Republican idea if a Democrat wants to do it. |
