I guess the little snots have been pulling at the bottom of the fence trying to get the dogs to come into their yard and play with them and it finally worked. I let the dogs out, went to the bathroom, came back out and they were in the neighbor's yard. I yelled at them to get back in the yard and they both crawled upnder the fence, ears and tails down, and hightailed it back in the house. I went to investigate the fence and the kids had pulled it up to where if you push on the bottom section it bends enough for the dogs to get under . I staked it back down, then talked to their parents we put bricks around the edge in case the little devils try to undo them again. I'm so wishing they would just move already, but at least their parents are starting to listen to me and punish their kids. I'm really glad I've been working on their recall and that our neighbors keep their gate closed.

Yeah I know my boys love kids which is half the problem, they wanted to play with the boys and so they went under the fence.
