I always have at least one dog in my bed every night. It gets crazy cozy when all 4 are up there on cold nights.

And that dominance crap is just that, crap. My dogs know the bed is a privilege, and they'll get a whooping for getting snarky over it with any person or creature, and that odds are at some point they'll get kicked, rolled on or shoved off through the night as I'm an "aggressive" sleeper.
