Seems like every suggestion that was given to you, you had an excuse as to why it will not work or why it's not ideal, etc etc etc.
I obviously was joking about taking the dog to the meeting, lighten up.
people were giving suggestions about the muzzle, and i had some doubts about the basket muzzle but i asked questions and then said i was going to buy one and try it out.
as far as the legal stuff, i appreciate your advice and i think it's solid what you said, i just don't want to have to take things that far unless they force my hand. going to court with them is a last resort, and while it's good to be prepared that's just a step ahead of where i'm at right now.

as far as telling me to lighten up.. sorry but i have been stressed out about this situation for weeks. fortunately it looks like i can finally relax.
very surprising to me, but the condo board ruled in my favor. i guess enough unit owners spoke up on my dogs behalf, and the board recognized that he's not dangerous!

contrary to the md ruling.. my condo is now harboring a pitbull! they all agreed that he's a really nice dog and doesn't pose a danger
they asked me to keep him by my heel in the hallways and not to go on elevators that were too croweded, but no muzzle! great victory
