Seems like every suggestion that was given to you, you had an excuse as to why it will not work or why it's not ideal, etc etc etc. as far as the legal stuff, i appreciate your advice and i think it's solid what you said, i just don't want to have to take things that far unless they force my hand. going to court with them is a last resort, and while it's good to be prepared that's just a step ahead of where i'm at right now. as far as telling me to lighten up.. sorry but i have been stressed out about this situation for weeks. fortunately it looks like i can finally relax. very surprising to me, but the condo board ruled in my favor. i guess enough unit owners spoke up on my dogs behalf, and the board recognized that he's not dangerous! contrary to the md ruling.. my condo is now harboring a pitbull! they all agreed that he's a really nice dog and doesn't pose a danger they asked me to keep him by my heel in the hallways and not to go on elevators that were too croweded, but no muzzle! great victory |
