It's fine to feel that way, I guess we can agree to disagree.
Plenty of people can't have their dogs inside for good reason.

Really there is no reason to keep your dog in the house unless you live in a bad area or don't have a good outside set up. Sure, many dogs enjoy being in the house, but they usually enjoy being outside just as much as long as they get the same stimulation, love and care that they would in the house.

A dog out on a chain gets to run and play or lay around and relax, as well as the stimulation of the sights, sounds and smells of the outdoors.
Better than laying on the couch or floor while the owner goes about their day, if you ask me.

that is a good way to look at it....

What a load of crap.Think from the dogs perspective that he sees birds that are free and wants to be.Dogs that get excited every time they see you-it must be because they get no attention not because they are friendly dogs.
I feel sorry for your dogs sitting in the house looking out the window at the dogs on chains.

my whole pack gets more work than whatever your feeding.
