We adopted Bella at about 3 and a half months, and she weighed 23 lbs. She is about 18 months old now, and weighs 73 lbs. I have no idea what she is mixed with, so there's no way to what "size" she should be... Do you have any pictures?

Shots start as soon as you bring them home. Parvo is a very deadly, highly contagious disease and can spread like a wild fire. Go ahead and make him an appointment to get him in as soon as you can, and don't take him anywhere where he might come into contact with any other dogs until after he has gotten all his puppy shots. Around here, it's a series of 3 shots.
I have pics all over my homepage & shes already gotten 2 series of shots shes due in 3 weeks for the rabies but the Dr. I am going to wed said she can have it done now.

19 lbs at 14 weeks sounds like she's an Am Bully.
My male weighed 20.8 lbs at 14 weeks old, aint nothing Bully about my dog. He now weighs in at a solid 47lbs full grown at the ripe old age of 3.

You really cannot tell that early of an age breed vs weight unless the numbers are overtly skewed.

As for what your getting at, weight of the dog vs the users name I would speculate the same but as far as a pups weight at that age ? Some people keep thier pups plump, puppy fat goes along way as they mature.

That's true, I forget that some pups grow out before they grow up so to speak.

your dog might be an ambully or an ambully mixed with apbt. The apbt ambully mix is really popular nowadays, especially with BYBs. where did you obtain your dog from? Does she possess papers? A lot of "breeders" nowadays fancy the "blue nose/red nose" mixing. One of them has told me this: "The bluenose is really massive, but the rednoses are really diesel. By combining both breeds together, you have the best of both worlds." You can tell they possess very little knowledge since bluenose and rednose is used to reference the dog's coat, and they are not a breed. However, they most likely have an ambully as the blue dog since blue apbts are hard to find, and the rednose dog is probably an apbt since a rednose bully is, while also very common, the rednose apbt is by far easier to come by. I've seen a lot of offers for Razor's Edge/Honeybunch, Gotti/Sorrells, etc. These dogs tend to look like an ambully but with a smaller head.

Normally weight of the pups are also affected by their number in the litter. Less pups in the litter, expect big pups than usual because they get fed better by their mom.
