My male weighed 20.8 lbs at 14 weeks old, aint nothing Bully about my dog. He now weighs in at a solid 47lbs full grown at the ripe old age of 3.

You really cannot tell that early of an age breed vs weight unless the numbers are overtly skewed.

As for what your getting at, weight of the dog vs the users name I would speculate the same but as far as a pups weight at that age ? Some people keep thier pups plump, puppy fat goes along way as they mature.

That's true, I forget that some pups grow out before they grow up so to speak.
