Default Little Vent
So last night, I went to a bonfire at my friends house who owns a pitbull of unknown breedings. I have told her many times that she needs to be more aware of what he does. I have given her cards to this site and have tried to educate her but she is quite a dense one. Ace is a very nice dog he is very sweet, but he is a pitbull and is DA. When we go to these parties everyone constantly brings their dogs to the house when we have bon fires. Its like a walking time bomb for poor Ace.

Usually Ace is okay with his key set of dogs. Our friend Michelle's collie mix Zoey, and Remy a chi mix. Well one of or friends brought her dogs Bear and (totally forgot the other dogs name) Bear is a corgie/collie mix weird looking dog. Well Ace did NOT like Bear. They got into one scuffle which ended quite quickly. Luckily i had a breakstick in the car. I explain that they need to be separated and that Ace is DA and he can't just be left alone with any dog because he is a pitbull. She explains to me "oh no he's fine.." I finally get my way when I make my friend who owns Bear keep him in the house and I take Ace outside with me.

Everything was fine for about and hour when my friend's husband decides Bear needs to come outside and that its unfair to keep them apart and out bear comes and there goes Ace taking off straight for Bear. They fight yet again. Jared grabs bear and gets bit and I insert break stick and pull Ace off. Then get into with Mike about how its going to be his fault when Ace is taken away by AC.

So I might have burnt a bridge of a friend but Its just horrible. Just needed to vent. I really like them as people but they are setting up their dogs for failure. Sorry about for the long post, I just needed to vent about it.
