Ive been breeding pits for over 16 years I have no dog fights I use my dogs for hunting I live in Hawaii and have sold dogs all over the mainland the problems with pits come from humans It starts at birth if they are handled from birth correctly you will have the best companion in life for life this is my first post so I will stop here
---------- Post added at 01:41 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:44 PM ---------- I raise old family reds I look at what breeders have done to the pit bull breed it sucks!!!!!!!!!!! the breed has been flooded with breeds that in no way represent the bull breed they were breed for working the bullies and other side blood lines have been a mager set back and talking point for those who want the breed eliminated I see many breeds on this site that show many of the traits that were breed out these are all breeds to fancy the human eye know your breed if you are going to represent the breed sorry if I sound to strong my life is my dogs |

It is just plain ( for lack of better words ) stupid to allow them to congregrate freely with one another especially with a high value item ( food ) up for grabs. If you keep your blinders on and stay on the current coarse your traveling, your gonna end up with a frenzy on your hands resulting in several dead dogs. Sorry if you do not like my words, its people such as yourself that make it nearly impossible for people like me to own these dogs. My suggestion is to stop breeding and take your head out of the sand and respect this breed for the dogs that they are. Do not come here and try blowing smoke up our ass about " its how you raise them" because for those of us who really know the breed, we see right through your smoke screen of BS. |

I'm guessing he has rednose ambullies that the breeder marketed as OFRN. From the first post, I thought it was funny as he just mentioned OFRN. This is like me stating "I am an apbt breeder breeding apbts." This doesn't tell you much now does it since the "OFRN" isn't just one specific bloodline, but is a term used for the many rednosed bloodline dogs that were used in Ireland. These dogs were all closely guarded and pedigrees were non-existant. Therefore, everyone just called them "old family reds" since everybody passed on their program and dogs to the next generation and they were inbred, thus they all had recessive strain (red). There are so many bloodlines out there, and all are amazing, that stems from "OFRN" dogs. Which bloodline do you breed?

Yea, It would be hard to believe 22 APBT's eating from one bowl. Must be a BIG bowl!! lmao ![]() I feed my pups in the kitchen about ten feet apart. I never feed them outside because of flies. Sometimes they will switch bowls but they mostly finish their meal in the bowls I tell them to eat from and they've never had a fight over food. |

I think its possible for some dogs to eat out of the same bowl with no issues because My two will do it they have separate bowls but you will see them eating together sometimes I discourage it because I know what can happen they are animals but I find it hard to believe that 22 can do it I do not think it matters what breed 22 out of the same bowl is going to bring the animal out in someone. but just my opinion

Yea the breeder here has 30+ dogs plus 3-4 litters at a time and they all live inside, disgusting if you ask me
And 22 dogs kenneled together? Damn that kennel must be bigger than my house lol. And if they all eat from the same bowl, they must be starved, unless you stand there for hours refilling it lmao. Do you have pictures to prove all of this that you say? I HAVE to see this kennel ![]() |

Well, if you really are a breeder, STOP! I really don't believe you are a breeder, certainly not a responsible one, because you would NEVER call your dogs "pits" unless they're BYB p.o.s. dogs, in my opinion. I don't own a "pit", I own an American Pit Bull Terrier, or APBT for short. Any other slang is typical of BYBs looking to make a quick buck with their inbred dogs, or street punks that know nothing of their breed.
This is further reinforced by the fact that NO responsible breeder would DARE feed and house their dogs all together at once. If a fight breaks out between 2 or 3 dogs, it's bad news. 22 would be a multiple casualty fight. Dogs need their own space; be it their own secure, individual kennel outside, or their own crate inside. Also, no matter how well mannered a dog is, I NEVER feed dogs anywhere near each other. All it takes is one misplaced paw, one grumbly complaint, and all hell can break loose. ![]() |

what exactly is the reason to feed 2 dogs from the same bowl anyway ? dog bowls are real cheap these days if you only have 1 just wait till one dog has finished
![]() its like putting your hand through the bars of the lions cage.....yes you will get away with it if your careful.......but why take the chance ! |
