Default Potty?
Where do your dogs potty when it rains? (for those who live where it rains around spring) Cause its raining a little here in Minnesota. I am getting a puppy next week and idk when to start potty training since the weather is bad.

I know what you mean. I am right next door to you in Wisconsin. I have to shove my dogs out the door and half the time I have to go outside with them inorder to make them go. If I just left them outside they would just hold it and come right make in. Didn't you know if they got wet, they would melt? At least that is what my dogs thinks.

I'm in Michigan, and I just throw the damn dogs outside. Lucy will go out at least twice if it's raining, but once it's dark, she stays in and pretends to be asleep on my bed.

I just bring the dog outside, regardless of the weather. If the weather is crap (extreme cold, snow, rain) they just get walked until they pee/poop and back inside. I don't have a yard, so their only option is to get it done ASAP if they don't want to be out in the cold. Luckily, my dogs don't care about the rain.

You could try and get a rain jacket for your dog. I know in the winter time Queen will not go outside without her jaacket on. Silly girl. Maybe your dog just does not like to get wet and this is another option
