I'm sure some of these dogs wouldn't be socialized with other dogs. But... they aren't other dog type of dogs. ... wtf ...
rehabilitation like said up here probably would have been fairly cheap with volunteer work which I'm sure they would have gotten plenty of.
Could have at least not killed ALL the dogs. but like he said of 3000 a year whats another 127 I guess.

further more when did I become such a softy for animals.... I don't recall ever being like this till I had Mars.
