so? is it a guarantie for them to don'w attack? they have like 20 atom bombs... so??? what are atom bombs for? sooo? so?? so?

It's materially different if you break your own treaties versus you don't enter into treaties.

They already have them and they show no obvious intent to use them for any purpose other than deterrence.

They have real energy demands that have to be considered. Would you rather they embrace the OPEC states?
