There is nothing conclusive on the matter AFAIK.

The US/British press has made black and white out of a very grey situation. For example, we (Israelis) know that great many Iraqi planes landed in Iran before/during the US coalition invasion, a greater number of Iraqi military trucks entered Syria at the same time. I'm sure the planes where filled with fresh flowers for the make-benefit-of-the-mullatocracy-from-their-loyal-friend-Saddam, and the trucks where filled with rich Mesopotamian compost for those incredible organic peach orchards in Damascus.

Well all I know is we were 45 minutes away from chemical death and now we're not.
