Last time Trump did this he was building a strawman for Obama and the media to knock down to discredit those crazy "birthers".

I'm thinking it'll be the same this time. Trump is setting up another strawman for team "O" and the media to knock down. It'll work out in Obama's favor like last time.

It's just more political theater. Trump and Obama are in cahoots.
