Default Who Listens to Air America?
Just curious at the ratio of those who listen to Air America radio on this board ... and how much ...

Please also check on whether you consider yourself a conservative, a liberal or moderate ...

Conservative, and I wouldn't have the vaguest idea of where to go to listen.

I'm another one who has no idea where to go to listen. Am I missing much? I don't listen to conservative talk radio either. I rarely even listen to any talk radio.

Well, I certainly can't claim to be ignorant of Rush. He is a wonderful entertainer and has some very good points. I have to agree with him on most points, but not all. Flame suit on, and I'll try the AA link.

Actually, it does seem to be gaining listeners ...at least each of the programs seem to indicate new syndications regularly.

I find a couple of the shows to be somewhat lame counter versions of the conservative radio options, but others aren't bad. Al Franken, in particular, is pretty focused on facts, but allows rebuttals unlike what I hear on Rush.

He seems to be a bit more honest about his agenda anyway ...

That's what makes Franken listenable to me. He has a nice grasp of the facts.

I listen to Air America (mostly) ans some NPR, although the effect of Tomlinson is showing.

C-Span is also good.

However, no one domestic source for news should be employed.

And you can avoid all cable/network news and not miss anything, except various lies/half-truths.

I listen to Air America and The Onion in about equal proportions, and for the same reasons.

Haven't dropped in on either for a couple of years now.

I listen to Limbaugh maybe once a month. Nice to know he still mostly agrees with me.

I tune in once in a while if I'm in the car. Morning Sedition is good, Franken is good, but I don't care much for Randi Rhodes - she's too much like a liberal version of Limbaugh.

Oh, yeah, they’re still on the air. They defrauded non-profit girls and boys clubs to do it, but they’re still on the air.

I'm a Democrat, but I think the idea of talk radio is silly. I never listened to Air America and never intend to (I'd rather listen to music on the radio anyway). I enjoy watching right-wing punditry on Fox because its much more interesting to hear the opposing side.
