It was just in the AAA magazine, Via, that only 19% of Americans knew, one year after 9/11, that Iraq had nothing to do with the Al Qaeda attack against us, so yeah, I think the Bush admin did a pretty good job with the lie.
In spite of this, since a "majority" of these same gullible fools believe the "ports deal" is bad, you are jumping on the same 'dummy' bandwagon! You should question your values on this one Samantha, it is not very liberal or intelligent.

.........Republicans control the media to such a degree that they will eventually be able to get most Republicans to take that view within a matter of weeks. Must be nice to control media and therefore be able to control what people see, hear and ultimately control how they think.....
It must be nice, indeed. The GOP controls the media? The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, The Los Angeles Times, Newsweek, Time, US News and World Report, CNN, CBS, ABC, and NBC are all instruments and tools of conservatives?

Well, this is quite a shock. Here I am a conservative - and I never picked that up before!!

Oh - and btw - you are an angry "independent"? Hmmm.......Might want to think about that name....

Fascinating.

Even though the top two Republicans are opposed to the UAL deal, it's the Democrats that are doing the fearmongering.

What color is the sky in your world?
Um, did you read my post? I mentioned the republicans.

Um, did you read my post? I mentioned the republicans.
I did. You phrased it as to imply all Democrats, yet only "some" Republicans, which clearly isn't the case.
