Maybe change the title of the thread to Supreme Court Defends Free Speech (Doesn't Rule on Corporate Personhood)

I agree regarding the thread title; this one is a bit slanted - “allows corporate political cash”.

In legal terms, I think that would be called ‘leading the witness’.
