US Airways now featuring express service to 45th street. How cool is that?

Fox news just racked a video of the plane splashing into the Hudson.

It is from an unnamed survellience camera and is somewhat indistinct, but it shows -- from an Upper West Side perspective the plane gliding just a few feet over the River, and then, from another angle you can see it sluice along the water at touchdown, looking somewhat indistinct as it throws up a wake...

I KNEW that some camera, somewhere, had to have caught it...

Zippy:

His tie wasn’t even loosened,” said Edward Skyler, a deputy mayor of New York City ....another last name ironically related to a career or event.

Some others:
Margaret Spellings- secretary of education
Robert Lerner- commissioner of education statistics
Gary Sparks - fire captain

"Raw" Video taken from the Jersey side showing the splashdown of Flight 1549 (preceded by a short ad) including footage of ferries and other rescue craft advancing on the plane:

At the point in the video where the timer reads 1:24, is that someone falling off the end of the wing into the icy water?

I think the plane is still stuck in the water due to icy conditions on the surface.

Also, the right engine is still fastened to the wing and has not come off as was previously thought. They couldn't get at the recorders yet.
