The real worry isnt the Russian Federation.

They have what the world wants. Resources.

You and I have to worry about the countries that want those resources to prop up their economies and leaders - and which will all be competing with each other for the same resources.

At the end of the day the Soviets were never interested in taking Western Europe, they just wanted to secure markets for their arms industry and other industries, and get some warm weather ports for their shipping and navy, such as in Vietnam.
