He is boss in Kremlin. But he just ONE man from thousands in Kremlin. Yes, he is president, but how can you imagine: one man control WHOLE Kremlin work 24/7 ? It is giant machine of direction of giant country.

Yes, he work hardly, remember many important datasets, keep it in his head, but he is not computer. Just a man. He can control each part of this machine in each moment of time, but not whole Kremlin every moment.

You really gullible my friend if you think Putin has anyone on his team that does not do as he says or approves. The reason you have a 'VERTIKAL' of power is because Putin has concentrated power in the Kremlin. The Duma, the Fed Council, the Judiciary, the biggest companies (Rosneft, Gazprom etc.) all controlled by the Kremlin. Countries defense industry, the railroads, the biggest banks, everything under direct control of Putin. He has built a gigantic appratus, a corrupt state money machine which has no checks, no ideology, no concern for human rights, only one aim POWER MORE POWER AND EVEN MORE POWER (and money).
Kasyanov was not good prime-minister. He might not have been a "good" prime minister whatever you mean by "good" I don't know, but at least he is a man of principles and does not cower to anyone. He is far better then the appartachik known as Fradkov, who is less Prime Minister and more a name and an office.

It is part where I partially agree with you. Stalin was monster. Without Zhukov and Rokosovsky we could failed. But in fact he was general of Red Army, what free Europe. I don't know what reason force Stalin to make any deal with that Devil - Hitler. But that give us almost two years of preparing to Great War. Anyway Stalin was cruel iron dictator.
